-When you make a reservation for children is very important to consider their correct height, because on the registration desk has a height measurement.
-If by any reason you reserve a child with an adult height or to bring an infant with child height, you have to pay the price difference, to pay for an adult as companion for the child or to deny the child swim alone, as the case may be.

*ADDITIONAL FEES
-The use pier fee is $3.00 USD per person (adults and children) and is not included in the price. This fee has to be paid on the check in time.
-The ground transportation to the pier is not included in the Dolphin Encounter.
-Photos and videos are available with an additional cost.
*RECOMMENDATIONS
-All participants have to know how to swim.
-Be in the location 30 minutes prior for the check in.
-Wear comfortable clothes and footwear, swimwear and extra change of clothes.
-Please, do not wear any type of jewelry or watch during the activity.
-It is not allowed to use your personal camera, nor your companions, during the swim activity. Dolphin Discovery staff provides the photo and video service.
-Keep cash and/or credit cards with you to pay the additional fees or if you want to purchase some souvenirs in Isla Mujeres.
