*Recommendations
-Be at least 30 minutes in advance in the Atlantis Infocenter, located in front of the Playa del Carmen main pier, for the check in (from Playa del Carmen package).
-Be ready in your hotel lobby area, at least 10 minutes in advance the pick up time assigned (from Riviera Maya package).
-Wear comfortable clothes and footwear, get your photo camera or video camera for good memories.
-Keep with you cash to pay the additional fees, for gratuities or if you want to purchase some souvenirs after the tour.

-For your own safety, children under 5 years old are not allowed for this activity. This tour is not recommended for people that suffer claustrophobia, any illness or physical limitation, because they will to go down and up stairs inside the submarine.
